# Person Detail Page

### Header

The header carries the person's full name and a row of action buttons:

* **Enrol in Sequence** pushes this person into an active automation.
* **Assign Label** adds a label.
* **Send Email** composes an email. The person needs an email address.
* **Send SMS** sends a text message. The person needs a mobile prefix and number.
* **Send WhatsApp** sends a WhatsApp message, with the same mobile requirement.
* **More options**, the three dots, copies the external ID, copies the page URL, or deletes the person.

### Properties Panel

The right-side panel holds every editable field for this person in a compact, inline-edit layout:

* **External ID**, **First name**, **Last name**, **Email**, **Mobile prefix**, **Mobile number**, **Date of birth**, **Language**
* Every custom attribute defined in **Settings > People Attributes**
* **Consent purposes**, one row per [consent](/docs/settings/workspace/consents.md) and channel, showing what this person receives. A row they never answered shows the consent's default. **Always on** consents appear read-only, since nobody can refuse them.
* **Push Notifications Consent**, a plain checkbox. Consents do not cover push.

Click any field to edit it. Your changes raise an **Unsaved** indicator with **Save** and **Discard** buttons. **Cmd+S**, or Ctrl+S, saves too. Navigate away with unsaved changes and Flapjax saves them for you.

### Tabs

The content area carries five tabs.

#### Overview

A snapshot of the person's key information in sections:

* **Highlights**, cards for the internal ID, external ID, creation date, last updated date, label count and note count. Click an ID card to copy its value.
* **Attributes**, a table of every custom attribute value for this person. Linked stack records appear as clickable links.
* **Details**, the core fields of email, mobile and date of birth, plus the person's consents.
* **Recent Activity**, the three most recent events such as person created, updated, label assigned or email sent, with a link to the full list.
* **Labels**, the first eight labels on the person, with a link to the rest.
* **Recent Notes**, the four most recent notes. Click one to open the full note editor.
* **Associated Records**, stack cards showing which stacks hold records linked to this person, with a link to the Records tab.

#### Activity

A full timeline of every event tied to this person: updates, label changes, emails sent, notes added and more. Newest first.

#### Labels

A table of the labels on this person, showing:

* **Name**, the label name
* **Category**, the label's category
* **Entered By**, the time the label went on

**Assign Label** adds a new one. The remove button next to any label takes it off.

#### Records

Every stack record linked to this person. The dropdown switches between stacks. Records fill a scrollable data sheet with columns matching the stack's attributes. Click a record to open its detail page.

#### Notes

The notes attached to this person. Each note is a card showing its title, a preview of the content and its creation time.

* **New Note** opens a modal with a title field and a rich text content editor.
* **Edit a note** by clicking its card, which reopens it in the editor.
* **Delete a note** from the dropdown menu on its card.

Notes auto-save as you type. A "Syncing..." indicator appears during the save and turns to "Auto-saved" when it lands.
