# Organization

### Organization Name

Your organization name sits at the top of the page beside an avatar in your brand colour. Click **Change Name** to change it.

Enter the new name in the form and click **Save**. Names take letters, numbers and spaces. Punctuation and other symbols are not allowed. The name cannot be empty, and it cannot match your current one. No character limit applies.

### Branding

The **Branding** section sets your organization's primary colour. Flapjax uses it for your organization avatar and for visual accents across the platform.

Click the colour picker and choose. Your change saves on its own.

**Note:** the organization name and brand colour are the only settings that apply to the whole workspace. Your login provider, Auth0, stores them rather than the app's own data. The platform can carry two colours behind the scenes, a primary and a page background, and only the primary appears here.

### One Organization Per Workspace

Your organization **is** your workspace and your tenant boundary. Flapjax has no separate list of organizations or workspaces to switch between.

Every person, record, automation and setting belongs to this one organization. That keeps your data isolated from every other organization on the platform.
